Customer Return Policy
At Aegis Industrial Lighting and Power LLC, we are committed to delivering dependable lighting and power solutions. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Return Window
Products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be in original, unused condition.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Show no signs of installation, modification, or physical damage.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-built or special-order products.
- Clearance merchandise.
- Products damaged through improper installation or misuse.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned products are inspected upon arrival. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
If the return is due to our shipping error or a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
